Orders are fulfilled M-F 9a-5p. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
You will receive tracking information the day your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
For expedited orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Additional costs will apply. We will do our best to honor expedited orders when possible.
Authenticity offers returns for store credit ONLY (NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS).
Once orders are placed no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day the item is considered finale sale.
Returns must be received within 7 days of contacting us regarding a return/exchange.

To Return an Item
Send an email to Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name, order number, and brief description. If return is accepted, we will email you a "return number" to include with your return. Please return item to:

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed you will receive an email issuing you a store credit in the amount of your purchase (less the return shipping costs).
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with original tags attached.
